3.1 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once we have received full payment and sent you a confirmation email. Please check the details in your confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

3.2 Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified at the time of booking. A booking is not confirmed until full payment is received.

3.3 Prices and Taxes

All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Prices do not include personal expenses, optional activities, or travel insurance unless specifically stated.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour or service booked. The specific cancellation policy will be provided at the time of booking. In general:

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour start date: Full refund minus administration fee
  • Cancellations made 30-59 days before the tour start date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by Kremovaya Bulka Tours

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, unforeseen operational issues, or force majeure events. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another tour of equal or greater value (with price adjustment if applicable).

5. Changes to Tour Itineraries

We reserve the right to make changes to any tour itinerary if we deem it necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation delays, or local events. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the quality and structure of the tour in such cases.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Kremovaya Bulka Tours is not responsible for any costs incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

7. Liability

Kremovaya Bulka Tours acts as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by the defect of any vehicle or the negligence or default of any company or person engaged in providing services.

By booking with us, you acknowledge that participation in any tour or activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to hazards of traveling in remote areas, risks associated with animals, insects, and plants, risks associated with water-based activities, hiking, and other recreational activities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Kremovaya Bulka Tours or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy
